This Privacy Policy applies to the Peak Pregame Party Platform web application at play.transparenthorizons.com (the "Service"), operated by Transparent Horizons LLC ("we," "us," or "Service Provider").

The Service includes alcohol-related game content and is intended only for users who are 21 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Display name and avatar selection
• Optional freeform text (for example, custom Kings rules entered by hosts)
• Support inquiries submitted through our website support form

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Anonymous Unity player ID and authentication/session data
• Gameplay telemetry and analytics events (game starts, ends, outcomes, player counts)
• Cloud Save data (profile, settings, achievements, player stats, custom game rules)
• Technical usage information such as device/browser type and IP-derived region
• Locally stored browser data used to keep your account signed in and save preferences

3. Optional Google Account Linking

On WebGL builds, you may choose to link your anonymous account with Google Sign-In. This is optional. Linking is used for account recovery and entitlement restoration across browser resets/devices.

4. Purchases and Payment Data

Purchases are processed by Stripe Checkout. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment details under Stripe's own privacy policy. Our systems receive purchase metadata needed to grant in-game entitlements.

5. How We Use Information

• Operate multiplayer lobbies, game progression, and entitlements
• Save profile data, stats, achievements, and game customization preferences
• Improve product quality, performance, and stability via analytics
• Prevent abuse and maintain platform security/integrity
• Respond to user support requests

• Unity Gaming Services (Authentication, Cloud Save, Economy, Lobbies, Analytics)
• Cloudflare (hosting, security, edge compute)
• Stripe (payments)
• EmailJS (support form transport)
• Google (optional account linking)

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account and gameplay data while your account is active and as needed for operations, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling. You may request account/data deletion via support, and where available, use in-app account deletion controls.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and request data portability. We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
